* The City of Park City desires the County to install sidewalk as part of the improvement. The City of Park City also owns watermain within the project limits that requires modification.
* The City of Park City will reimburse Lake County for the engineering and construction costs associated with this work, estimated to be $30,941.
* The City of Waukegan desires the County to install sidewalk as part of the improvement. The City of Waukegan also owns street lighting that will require modification.
* The City of Waukegan will reimburse the County for the engineering and construction costs associated with this work, estimated to be $61,952.
* Each agreement has been approved by the respective municipality and the project is included in the Transportation Improvement Program, and designated as Section 12-00999-31-WR.

R E S O L U T I O N
WHEREAS, to ensure the free flow of traffic and safety for the welfare of the traveling public, Lake County, the City of Park City, and the City of Waukegan are desirous of improving Illinois Route 120, from Knight Avenue to Illinois Route 131, by widening and resurfacing, inclusive of non-motorized improvements; and
WHEREAS, the City of Park City owns watermain within the project limits that requires modification; and
WHEREAS, the City of Waukegan owns street lighting within the project limits that requires modification and a red-light camera system within the project limits that will be removed; and
WHEREAS, the City of Park City and the City of Waukegan desire that the County include non-motorized improvements as part of the improvement; and
WHEREAS, the City of Park City and the City of Waukegan will reimburse the County for their respective share of these improvements; and
