* Lake County received 15 proposals that were evaluated against the RFP criteria. The evaluators recommend entering a contract with Pat Davis Design Group, Inc.
* The contract term will be January 13, 2021 to January 12, 2022 with a budget totaling $50,000 and an option to renew for up to an additional 12 months based on performance and available WIOA funding.

RESOULTION

WHEREAS, in accordance with Section 5-102 of the Lake County Purchasing Ordinance, proposals were called for by publication for establishing contracts with qualified providers for the purpose of establishing a contract with a qualified Marketing and Communications professional group and/or individual ("Consultant") to provide consulting services for the development of a strategic marketing and communications plan for the Lake County Workforce Development Board; and

WHEREAS, The Lake County Workforce Development Board (LCWDB) and Lake County Purchasing issued a Request for Proposals (RFP) on Wednesday, October 8, 2020 to solicit a qualified Marketing and Communications professional group and/or individual ("Consultant") to provide consulting services for the development of a strategic marketing and communications plan for the Lake County Workforce Development Board; and
