RESOLUTION
WHEREAS, the current lease agreement for office and storage space utilized to house and store elections equipment by the Lake County Clerk's Office expires on January 31, 2021; and
WHEREAS, the County Clerk and the Department of Finance and Administrative Services has determined the continued to need for 12,350 square feet of space to house and store elections equipment and supplies; and
WHEREAS, the County has been able to negotiate a favorable rate for space leased at 415 Washington Street, Waukegan, Illinois.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by this County Board of Lake County, Illinois, that the Chair of the Board be authorized to execute the attached lease amendment 3 with EJ Investment Group, Inc., Lake Forest, Illinois for Suite 104 and Suite 006 for 12,350 square feet at 415 Washington Street, Waukegan, Illinois in the amount of totaling $209,763 for the first year plus renewals for a period total of five years charging the c...
