Annual Routine Action Items - Nordstrom

Body
The following items require annual Board of Health approval at the start of each fiscal year. These items have been previously reviewed by the State's Attorney and previous resolutions have been updated for annual approval by the Board of Health.

Resolution on Livestock Agreements
This resolution supports the Animal Care and Control Program's need to contract with area stables willing and qualified to apprehend and impound livestock. This need relates to their responsibility to enforce and implement the livestock-at-large provisions of the Illinois Livestock Running At Large Act and the Lake County Animal Care and Control ordinance.

Joint Purchasing Programs, Consortiums, and Cooperatives Resolution
This is a reaffirmation of a 1989 resolution that provides the foundation for our participation in the Illinois Joint Purchasing Program as well as a reaffirmation of participation in other purchasing consortiums and cooperatives.
