RESOLUTION

WHEREAS, the County's current contract with MidCo for Mitel phone systems maintenance and software assurance is expiring; and

WHEREAS, the ET department recommends renewing the contract with MidCo for Mitel phone system maintenance and software assurance as it offers comprehensive support; and

WHEREAS, pursuant to Article 10-101 of the County's Purchasing Ordinance, Cooperative Purchasing, the County may participate in a cooperative purchasing agreement for the procurements of goods, services, or professional services with one or more public procurement units in accordance with an agreement entered into between the participants; and
