Lake County Health Department and Community Health Center (LCHD/CHC) received a Family Case Management grant increase in the amount of $178,114 for the time period July 1, 2020 to June 30, 2021. This will offset existing staff salary and fringe benefits.
LCHD/CHC received an Infants and Families Early Intervention-Child and Family Connections grant increase in the amount of $296,130 for the time period July 1, 2020 to June 30, 2021. This will offset existing staff salary and fringe benefits.
Suggested Motion
To approve the Illinois Department of Human Services increase in grant funding and emergency appropriate $474,244.
