Temporary Employee Services - Nordstrom

The Lake County Health Department and Community Health Center (LCHD/CHC) wishes to enter into agreements for temporary employee services for all programs and community health center sites. These agreements include multiple suppliers for clerical, medical, and other professional positions.
A Request for Proposals (RFP) was conducted for temporary employee services in order to ensure all suppliers are working under LCHD/CHC's requirements, terms and conditions.
A legal notice was published on September 5, 2020, in the Lake County News Sun soliciting sealed RFP's (RFP 20108). The RFP was also posted to the LCHD/CHC website. Sealed proposals were received from twelve suppliers and opened in the Materials Management office on September 30, 2020.
An evaluation committee comprised of LCHD/CHC staff reviewed and evaluated the proposals and determined it to be in the best interest of the agency to award to multiple suppliers. This practice provides options to meet the need for various temporary employee services. The same methodology was implemented for the agreements currently in place and has proven to be successful.
Some suppliers responded for only professional and clerical positions, while other suppliers only responded to the medical positions. We recommend that agreements be pursued with the following suppliers for the positions noted:
1. Accounting Principals - clerical and professional
2. Aerotek - clerical, medical and professional
3. Assured Healthcare Staffing - medical
4. Diskriter - clerical, medical and professional
5. Express Employment Professionals - clerical, medical and professional
6. Infojini, Inc. - clerical, medical and professional
7. Maxim Healthcare Staffing - clerical, medical and professional
8. Medix - clerical, medical and professional
9. The Salem Group - clerical and professional
