Annual Approval of Title X Educational Materials - Dr. Zun

The attached documents are for review and approval. Brochures are given to patients during Title X family planning services for educational purposes. This annual review of materials is completed to meet Title X guidelines.
The brochures were last reviewed at the Council’s October 10, 2019 meeting, and approved with a change requested by Member Bejster that all occurrences of the acronym STD be replaced with the acronym STI. That change has been made and the brochures have been professionally printed since then.
