R E S O L U T I O N
WHEREAS, the County Board approved an Agreement with Journal Technologies, Inc. to implement an Integrated Case Management System on April 9, 2019; and
WHEREAS, an additional negotiated amount of $94,000 annually was included in the contract at the option of the county for hosted cloud storage; and
WHEREAS, the Executive Steering Committee overseeing the implementation of the project has determined that it is in the County’s best interest to contract with JTI to provide the hosted cloud storage.
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, by this County Board of Lake County, Illinois, that $94,000 be emergency appropriated in the E-Citation Fund for the hosted cloud storage for the Integrated Case Management System.
