Lake County Health Department and Community Health Center (LCHD/CHC) has received additional grant funding in the amount of $10,752 for the time period, May 1, 2020 to April 30, 2021. The amount requested to be appropriated in LCFY20 is $6,272. The difference has been accounted for in the LCFY21 budget. This will continue to provide housing services for behavioral health clients. This will fund client rent.
Suggested Motion
To approve the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development grant funding of $10,752 and emergency appropriate $6,272 for LCFY20.
