Staff Summary
• On April 2, 2020, staff provided an overview of the proposed priorities of the Facilities CIP to the Financial and Administrative Committee.
• A follow-up discussion occurred at the June 5, 2020 Committee of the Whole meeting.
• Feedback and input was solicited and incorporated into the project prioritization at the August 27, 2020 Financial and Administrative Committee.
• All Facilities Capital project programming and funding will be discussed and approved during the annual budgeting hearings

R E S O L U T I O N
WHEREAS, on April 2, 2020, Facilities and Construction Services provided an overview of the proposed priorities of the Facilities Capital Improvement Plan to the Financial and Administrative Committee; and
WHEREAS, on June 5, 2020, a follow-up discussion occurred with the Committee of the Whole, followed by a period of two months to allow public comment; and
WHEREAS, feedback and input has been solicited and incorporated into the project prioritization; and
WHEREAS, all Facilities Capital project programming and funding will be discussed and approved during the annual budgeting hearings.
NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by this Lake County Board, the Facilities Capital Improvement Plan Priorities are hereby adopted.
