R E S O L U T I O N

WHEREAS, it would be beneficial for the safety and welfare of the motoring public if three culverts located on Monaville Road, Kelsey Road, and Old McHenry Road could be replaced; and

WHEREAS, it is recommended that a consultant engineering firm be employed to provide Phase II design engineering services for said culvert replacement; and

WHEREAS, Lake County, by and through its Division of Transportation, has selected a professional engineering services firm in accordance with the Local Government Professional Services Selection Act (50 ILCS 510/1 et. seq.); and

WHEREAS, Hampton, Lenzini and Renwick, Inc., Elgin, Illinois, are consultant engineers skilled in the provision of said Phase II design engineering services.

NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by this Lake County Board, that Hampton, Lenzini and Renwick, Inc., be employed to provide said Phase II design engineering services for a max...
