WHEREAS, the term of Diane Hewitt as an alternate member of the SWALCO has expired; and

WHEREAS, your Chair requests that this County Board confirm the reappointment of Diane Hewitt as an alternate member of the SWALCO for a term ending on Friday, April 30, 2021.

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by this County Board of Lake County, Illinois, that the reappointment of Diane Hewitt as an alternate member of the SWALCO for a term ending on Friday, April 30, 2021, be, and the same is hereby confirmed.
