RESOLUTION
WHEREAS, the current lease agreement with the City of Waukegan, for 100 parking spaces located at 225 N. County Street, Waukegan, IL in parking garage C costs the County $3,250 monthly.
WHEREAS, the lease amendment shall allow the County to lease 300 additional parking spaces for a monthly cost of $15,000.
WHEREAS, the lease amendment is a temporary lease beginning August 1, 2020 through November 30, 2020 to accommodate the Waukegan campus parking garage repairs.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by this County Board of Lake County, Illinois, that the Chair of the Board be authorized to execute the attached lease amendment between City of Waukegan and the County.
