• Illinois Route 120 (Knight Avenue to Illinois Route 131) widening and resurfacing project is under contract with Patrick Engineering Inc., Lisle, Illinois, in the amount of $319,389.96 as approved by the County Board on November 11, 2015, and designated as Section 12-00999-31-WR.
• Additional engineering services are necessary for several revisions to the original scope of work as detailed in the attached Supplement Number Three.
• Change Order Number Three includes revisions to the plans required as a result of coordination with the Illinois Department of Transportation (IDOT) to accommodate their upcoming projects in the area as well as new IDOT permit plan requirements.
• Change Order Number Two corrected an accounting error in the original contract document.
• Change Order Number One included work to cover plan and plat revisions that resulted from ROW negotiations with adjacent property owner.
