Illinois Department of Human Services (IDHS) Grant, $11,650 - Kritz

The Lake County Health Department and Community Health Center (LCHD/CHC) received a grant from IDHS in the amount of $11,650 for the Special Supplemental Nutrition Program for Women, Infants, and Children (WIC). These funds will be used to purchase computer supplies, a signature pad, card readers and scanners. These are needed for the updated Electronic Benefits Transfer program being implemented statewide by IDHS for all WIC programs.
Suggested Motion
To approve the grant funding of $11,650 from the Illinois Department of Human Services for the Special Supplemental Nutrition Program for Women, Infants, and Children (WIC) within the Lake County Health Department and Community Health Center.
