WHEREAS, there is a vacancy on the Del Mar Woods Sanitary District; and

WHEREAS, your Chair requests that this County Board confirm the appointment of Maripat Chertack as a member of the Del Mar Woods Sanitary District to fill the vacancy for a term ending on Monday, May 1, 2023.
