RESOLUTION
WHEREAS, Lake County ET is requesting authorization to enter into a contract with Mythics, Inc. to host and support the County's Oracle environment in the cloud; and
WHEREAS, this contract is for three years of cloud services and support in the amount not to exceed $1,688,400; and
WHEREAS, pursuant to Article 10-101 of the Lake County Purchasing Ordinance, Cooperative Purchasing, Lake County may participate in a cooperative purchasing agreement for the procurement of goods, services, or professional services with one or more public procurement units in accordance with an agreement entered into between the participants; and
WHEREAS, a cooperative purchasing contract through NIPA Number R190801 has been identified to procure the competitively solicited and awarded services.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by this Lake County Board, that the Purchasing Agent is authorized to enter into a three-year contract with Mythics, Inc. to host and support the County's Oracle environment in the cloud, and three years of cloud services and support in the amount not to exceed $1,688,400 to ...
