The UDS Clinical Quality Indicator dashboard is attached for review. All 16 UDS measures are included. The green bars indicate health center performance for 2019. The blue bars indicate current health center performance. The HRSA targets are indicated by the vertical black line on each graph. Please note that for several measures, we will not reach the target until the end of the year when this data is submitted to HRSA.
Current performance is similar to 2019 performance for several measures. Performance has improved for the immunization measure, but has declined for diabetes, childhood weight counseling, colorectal cancer screening, and depression screening. The asthma measure has been retired by UDS but will continue to be reported to the Governing Council.
