R E S O L U T I O N
WHEREAS, pursuant to authority granted by this Lake County Board and the Wauconda Township Road District Highway Commissioner, the County Engineer heretofore called for sealed bids, by publication, for the resurfacing of N. Fish Lake Road, Oakford Farm Lane, Case Road, and Fisher Road in the Wauconda Township Road District, and designated as Section 20-15130-01-GM; and
WHEREAS, pursuant to said publication and calling for said bids, sealed bids were received and opened on April 14, 2020, at 10:00 a.m. at the Lake County Division of Transportation in Libertyville, Illinois, a tabulation of said bids being as follows:

WHEREAS, the Public Works, Planning and Transportation Committee, the County Engineer and the Purchasing Agent have examined each bid, and it appears that the lowest responsible bidder is J.A. Johnson Paving Company, Arlington Heights, Illinois, their bid being $241,094.23, based on estimated quantities and unit prices.
