• Lake County Information Technology (IT)/Enterprise Technology, desires to continue this support agreement for one year for $50,425.20.
• The County Purchasing Division identified a cooperative purchasing contract with CDW, through the National Intergovernmental Purchasing Alliance to procure needed goods, services or professional services that was competitively solicited and awarded.
• Pursuant to Article 10-101 of the County Purchasing Ordinance, Cooperative Purchasing, the County may participate in a cooperative purchasing agreement for the procurement of goods, services or professional services with one or more public procurement units in accordance with an agreement entered into between the participants.

RESOLUTION
WHEREAS, Tintri provides storage capabilities to all enterprise applications; and
WHEREAS, Enterprise Technology desires to continue this support agreement for one-year in the amount of $50,425.20; and
WHEREAS, Purchasing identified a cooperative purchasing contract with CDW through the National Intergovernmental Purchasing Alliance to procure needed goods, services or professional services that was competitively solicited and awarded; and
WHEREAS, in accordance with Section 10-101 of the Lake County Purchasing Ordinance, a cooperative purchasing contract with National Intergovernmental Purchasing Alliance has been identified for the purchase; and
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by this County Board of Lake County, Illinois, that the Purchasing Agent is authorized to enter into a one-year contract with CDW for Tintri storage support in the amount of $50,425.20 charged to 101-1300010-71230.
