* Lake County Information Technology (IT)/Enterprise Technology identified a cooperative purchasing contract with CDW through the National Intergovernmental Purchasing Alliance (NIPA) to procure the needed goods, services or professional services that was competitively solicited and awarded.

RESOLUTION
WHEREAS, this resolution authorizes a one-year contract with CDW for Cisco SmartNet software maintenance; and
WHEREAS, Cisco SmartNet supports all network equipment that effects network switches, virtual private network (VPN) and internet connectivity; and
WHEREAS, pursuant to Article 10-101 of the Lake County Purchasing Ordinance, Cooperative Purchasing, Lake County may participate in a cooperative purchasing agreement for the procurement of goods, services, or professional services with one or more public procurement units in accordance with an agreement between the participants; and
WHEREAS, Lake County IT/Enterprise Technology identified a cooperative purchasing contract with CDW through National Intergovernmental Purchasing Alliance (NIPA) to procure the needed goods, services or professional services that was competitively solicited and awarded.
