• Pursuant to Section 114.43, Lake County Board Chair Hart, acting in her capacity as license officer in making her findings, recommends to the Lake County Board that the license application for Chinese Home Massage be denied based on evidence of multiple violations.

WHEREAS, a hearing was held on February 10, 2020 for the issuance of a Lake County Massage Therapy Business license to Paul Eckert and Jing Xiao;
WHEREAS, Lake County Board Chair Hart, acting in her capacity as license officer in making her findings, recommends to the Lake County Board that the license application be denied based on evidence of multiple violations per Section 114.43 of the Lake County Ordinances;
NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, that the Lake County Board examine and consider the evidence of multiple violations;
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that the Lake County Board vote to deny the application for Chinese Home Massage.
