R E S O L U T I O N
WHEREAS, as part of the budget preparation for FY 2020, and as part of the year end activities for FY 2019, additional project related reimbursement revenue from outside agencies and the related expense has been identified; and
WHEREAS, it is necessary for the FY 2020 budget to appropriate the additional project related reimbursement revenue from outside agencies and the related expense.
NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by this Lake County Board, that emergency appropriations for FY 2020 for the LCDOT for capital funds project related reimbursement revenue from outside agencies and the related expense, are hereby authorized as detailed in the attached listing, which is hereby made a part of this resolution.
