R E S O L U T I O N
WHEREAS, pursuant to authority granted by this Lake County Board, the County Engineer heretofore called for sealed bids, by publication, for removal and replacement of storm sewer, curb, and gutter, with pavement milling and resurfacing on Wadsworth Road at Robert McClory Bike Path; and
WHEREAS, pursuant to said publication calling for said bid, sealed bids were received and opened on February 11, 2020, at 10:00 a.m. at the Lake County Division of Transportation in Libertyville, Illinois; a tabulation of said bids being as follows:

WHEREAS, the Public Works, Planning, and Transportation Committee, the County Engineer, and the Purchasing Agent have examined each bid, and the lowest responsible bidder is Campanella and Sons, Inc., their bid being $253,787.25 based on estimated quantities and unit prices; and
WHEREAS, an appropriation of funds is required.
NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by this Lake County Board, that a contract be awarded to said Campanella and Sons, Inc., in accordance with their bid of $253,787.25 based on estimated quantities and unit prices...
