R E S O L U T I O N
WHEREAS, pursuant to authority granted by this Lake County Board, the County Engineer heretofore called for sealed bids, by publication, for inspection and maintenance of recently planted native landscape areas along various County highways, and designated as Section 20-00000-14-GM; and
WHEREAS, pursuant to said publication calling for said bid, sealed bids were received and opened on February 11, 2020, at 10:00 a.m. at the Lake County Division of Transportation in Libertyville, Illinois; a tabulation of said bids being as follows:

WHEREAS, the Public Works, Planning, and Transportation Committee, the County Engineer, and the Purchasing Agent have examined each bid, and it appears that the lowest responsible bidder is Davey Resource Group, Inc., their bid being $47,105.90 based on estimated quantities and unit prices; and
WHEREAS, this Lake County Board, by prior resolution at its meeting of November 12, 2019, appropriated $141,200 of Matching Tax funds for the inspection and maintenance of recently planted native landscape areas along various C...
