The proposed revisions to the Water Well Program Administrative Procedures and Policies are in support of concurrent revisions to the Environmental Health (EH) Fees Schedule regarding non-community water systems.
In the Fees Schedule, there are conditions that stipulate when a fee will be assessed for the collection of repeat samples from non-community water systems. The revisions to the Administrative Procedures and Policies (starting on page 9) provide more context and detail in the application of the conditions and will insure consistency and continuity in the program.
These proposed revisions to the Water Well Program Administrative Procedures and Policies were reviewed and approved by the Environmental Health Advisory Committee at their February 3, 2020 meeting.
