WHEREAS, Adam Didech has resigned as a member of the Financial and Administrative Committee, creating a vacancy for the remainder of his term, ending on Monday, November 30, 2020; and
WHEREAS, your Chair requests that this County Board confirm the appointment of Jennifer Clark as a member of the Financial and Administrative Committee to fill the vacancy for a term ending on Monday, November 30, 2020.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by this County Board of Lake County, Illinois, that the appointment of Jennifer Clark as a member of the Financial and Administrative Committee for a term ending on Monday, November 30, 2020 be, and the same is hereby, confirmed.
