WHEREAS, there is a vacancy on the Wauconda Fire Protection District; and
WHEREAS, your Chair requests that this County Board confirm the appointment of Timothy Gertz as a member of the Wauconda Fire Protection District to fill the remainder of the vacancy for a term ending on Sunday, May 3, 2020.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by this County Board of Lake County, Illinois, that the appointment of Timothy Gertz as a member of the Wauconda Fire Protection District for a term ending Sunday, May 3, 2020, be, and the same is hereby confirmed.
