Revised 2020 Governing Council Meeting Dates - Pfister

Below are the proposed revised Governing Council meeting dates for 2020. All meetings, with the exception of the July 15, 2020 Joint Budget Committee meeting, will take place on the second Tuesday of the month at 5:30 p.m. in the 3010 Grand Avenue Board Room. Also with the exception of the July 15, 2020 Joint Budget Committee meeting, all proposed revised regular meeting dates have been assigned an alternate date should the regular meeting need to be rescheduled.

Staff also recommends that the Governing Council meet in future years on the same weekday and time, the second Tuesday of the month at 5:30 p.m., for consistency, improved consumer member recruitment, and ease of attendance by the public.
