Presented is credentialing information on two providers. The Medical Director has verified the privileges requested are appropriate for each provider’s training and experience.
The Medical Director has studied the applications, raised questions where necessary, and based upon satisfactory responses from the applicants, recommends approval of the request for privileges.

• Dr. Alecia Greenlee - Part-time Tele-Psychiatrist, started January 16, 2020 at Grand Avenue, Mental Health Outpatient Services.
