Discussion of Work Plan for 2020.
Staff Summary
• In early 2019, the Committee discussed areas it would like to focus its attention and efforts over the next two years. Following this discussion, staff developed a work plan which provided milestones for Committee discussion related to each area.
• The two-year Committee work plan was presented and approved during the March 2019 meeting. Thereafter, the Committee work plan was updated monthly and provided a framework from which Committee issues were managed.
• Staff will present an overview of the 2020 work plan with prioritized items for Committee discussion.
