Staff Summary
• In March 2019, staff was directed to commence Design Development level drawings for a Consolidated Public Safety Facility to be located at the Libertyville Campus.
• In October 2019, staff completed Design Development drawings and in November 2019 staff was directed to investigate the potential financial and energy efficiency implications of introducing LEED and Net-Zero standards to this design.
• Staff will present an overview of the findings for the Committee’s discussion.
