Staff Summary
• The HCDC by-laws call for the election of the Chair & Vice-Chair by the full Commission.
• The role of the Chair is to preside at meetings and to appoint special committees and a Vice-Chair to perform all the duties of the Chair in the event of absence or disability. Chair Ray Rose and Vice-Chair Linda Pedersen were last elected by the HCDC on July 30, 2015.
• Nominations will be taken from the floor, followed by the election of these officers.
