Consistent with the provisions of the Open Meetings Act (OMA), the Governing Council must review closed session minutes to determine whether any minutes may be opened to public inspection, in accordance with 5 ILCS 120/2.06(d).
Suggested Motion
To go into executive session for the purpose of determining if any executive session minutes may be opened to public inspection.
