Attached are the revised Governing Council Bylaws. Per Article XIV - Amendments, the initial proposed changes were presented at the July 11, 2019 meeting and additional changes were presented at the October 10, 2019 meeting. Those changes are now to be amended by a two-thirds vote of the entire membership of the Council.
