RESOLUTION
WHEREAS, the Lake County Clerk’s Office received a bond in the amount of $15,000 for expenses incurred in the administration of a Countywide Election Recount, and
WHEREAS, both parties agreed that expenses equaled $15,000.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by this County Board of Lake County, Illinois, that an emergency appropriation and the acceptance of a $15,000 bond for expenses incurred by the County Clerk’s Office, related to 18MR1519, in account number 101-21210020-61050, is hereby authorized.
