RESOLUTION

WHEREAS, the contract with TIG for Mitel phone system maintenance and software assurance is expiring; and

WHEREAS, ET is requesting to replace TIG's service with MidCo as it offers more comprehensive support; and

WHEREAS, Purchasing identified a joint purchasing agreement, that was competitively solicited and awarded, through National Joint Powers Alliance (NJPA) contract number 040314; and

WHEREAS, Pursuant to Article 10-101 of the Lake County Purchasing Ordinance, Cooperative Purchasing, Lake County may participate in a cooperative purchasing agreement for the procurement of goods with one or more public procurement units in accordance with an agreement entered between the participants; and
