ORDINANCE
WHEREAS, Special Service Area Number Seventeen was established by the Lake County Board on September Thirteen, 2016; and
WHEREAS, said Ordinance stated that a levy sufficient to pay the cost of private road maintenance for Special Service Area Number Seventeen, up to $480 per parcel, as designated in the special tax roll, shall be made each year thereafter.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED, by this County Board of Lake County, Illinois, that there be and there is levied upon all of the taxable property in said Special Service Area Number Seventeen, in addition to all other taxes, a direct tax of Fifty-Six Thousand, Six Hundred Forty Dollars ($56,640) for tax year 2019 collected during calendar year 2020.
