Attached for your review are the proposed changes to the Governing Council Bylaws. The proposed changes presented for your review at the regular meeting on August 8, 2019 are shown in red. Additional changes as suggested at that same meeting are shown in blue. Per Article XIV - Amendments, these proposed changes will be amended at the next regular meeting by a two-thirds vote of the entire membership of the Council. A final version of the Bylaws will be provided at that time.
