Staff Summary
• The amendments incorporated in the Ethics Ordinance create and clarify complaint procedures for employees and board members. A conduct section, with procedures, has also been incorporated into the ordinance based on committee direction.
• A supplemental operating procedures document has been drafted for discussion.
