RESOLUTION

WHEREAS, there are currently two vacancies on the Lake County Workforce Development Board; and

WHEREAS, your Chair requests that this County Board confirm the appointment of Kathryn Nellis as a member of the Lake County Workforce Development Board for a term ending on Friday, September 30, 2022; and

WHEREAS, your Chair requests that this County Board confirm the appointment of Kimberly Wimer as a member of the Lake County Workforce Development Board to fill the remainder of a vacancy with a term ending on Thursday, September 30, 2021.

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by this County Board of Lake County, Illinois, that the appointments of Kathryn Nellis and Kimberly Wimer to the Lake County Workforce Development Board for terms ending on Friday, September 30, 2022 for Kathryn Nellis and on Thursday, September 30, 2021 for Kimberly Wimer, be, and the same is hereby confirmed.
