R E S O L U T I O N
WHEREAS, pursuant to authority granted by this Lake County Board, the County Engineer heretofore called for sealed bids, by publication, for drainage improvements on St. Marys Road at the Metra railroad, and designated as Section 18-00102-25-DR; and
WHEREAS, pursuant to said publication calling for said bid, sealed bids were received and opened on August 6, 2019, at 10:00 a.m. at the Lake County Division of Transportation in Libertyville, Illinois; a tabulation of said bids being as follows:

WHEREAS, the Public Works, Planning and Transportation Committee, the County Engineer and the Purchasing Agent have examined each bid, and the lowest responsible bidder is Campanella and Sons, Inc., their bid being $221,681.25 based on estimated quantities and unit prices.
NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by this Lake County Board, that a contract be awarded to said Campanella and Sons, Inc., Wadsworth, Illinois, in accordance with their bid of $221,681.25 based on estimated quantities and unit prices, and that the Purchasing Agent, the County Clerk, and the County Engineer of Lake County be authorized and they are hereby ...
