RESOLUTION

WHEREAS, the term of Luis Planas and William Hogan as trustees for the Wauconda Fire Protection District expired, but trustees continue to serve until reappointed or a successor is appointed and qualified; and

WHEREAS, your Chair requests that this County Board confirm the reappointments of Luis Planas and William Hogan as trustees for the Wauconda Fire Protection District, each for a term retroactively beginning on Monday, May 6, 2019 and ending Sunday, May 1, 2022.

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by this County Board of Lake County, Illinois, that the reappointments of Luis Planas and William Hogan as trustees for the Wauconda Fire Protection District, each for a term retroactively beginning on Monday, May 6, 2019 and ending Sunday, May 1, 2022 be, and the same is hereby confirmed.
