WHEREAS, the term of Tracey Schultz as a member of the Lake County Board of Health has expired on June 30, 2019; and

WHEREAS, your Chair requests that this County Board confirm the reappointment of Tracey Schultz as a member of the Lake County Board of Health for a new term retroactively beginning on July 9, 2019 and ending June 30, 2022.

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by this County Board of Lake County, Illinois, that the reappointment of Tracey Schultz as a member of the Lake County Board of Health for a term retroactively beginning on July 9, 2019 and ending June 30, 2022 be, and the same is hereby confirmed.
