R E S O L U T I O N
WHEREAS, LCDOT purchased a new Sign Inventory System from 3M Company, St. Paul, Minnesota, in 2016; and
WHEREAS, the agreement with 3M Company provides for five years of maintenance; and
WHEREAS, year one maintenance was included in the original software purchase price, while years two through five are invoiced separately; and
WHEREAS, an appropriation of funds is needed.
NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by this Lake County Board, that there is hereby appropriated $38,800 of the Matching Tax funds for four years of maintenance service with 3M Company, St. Paul, Minnesota, for the LCDOT Sign Inventory System, a draft copy of the original agreement and the purchase order are attached hereto, and designated as Section 19-00000-20-GM.
