R E S O L U T I O N
WHEREAS, pursuant to authority granted by this Lake County Board, the County Engineer heretofore called for sealed bids, by publication, for the installation of full-actuated controllers and layer II switches to the ITS PASSAGE Network; and
WHEREAS, pursuant to said publication calling for said bid, sealed bids were received and opened on July 16, 2019, at 10:00 a.m. at the Lake County Division of Transportation in Libertyville, Illinois; a tabulation of said bids being as follows:

WHEREAS, the Public Works, Planning and Transportation Committee, the County Engineer and the Purchasing Agent have examined each bid, and it appears that the lowest responsible bidder is H & H Electric Company, their bid being $284,578.70 based on estimated quantities and unit prices; and
