The Lake County Health Department and Community Health Center (LCHD/CHC) is seeking to amend its Purchasing Policies and Procedures to incorporate a new Article 13, Ethics in Public Purchasing/Contracting. This new Article includes language which ensures compliance with requirements from numerous funding sources for grants and from regulatory bodies, specifically the Health Resources and Services Administration (HRSA).
Business Operations requests authorization to amend the current LCHD/CHC Purchasing Policies and Procedures.
Suggested Motion
To approve changes to the LCHD/CHC Purchasing Policies and Procedures by incorporating Article 13, Ethics in Public Purchasing/Contracting, which includes language that ensures compliance with requirements from Grantors and regulatory bodies, including HRSA.
