Staff Summary

•                     On October 2, 2018, the Ethics and Oversight Committee approved rules and procedures for handling standards of conduct complaints.

•                     In 2019, a further review of the operating procedures was conducted and revisions are proposed to clearly identify the process for complaints.

•                     Staff has incorporated revisions discussed at the June 12, 2019 Ethics and Oversight Committee meeting for the committee’s consideration.
