Change in Operating Hours at Belvidere Medical Building - Zun

Currently, the Belvidere Medical Building is open on Saturdays from 7:30 AM to 5:00 PM, while the medical provider rotation schedule provides coverage until 4:00 PM. Therefore, there is no clinical support available for patients who may walk in or call from 4:00 PM to 5:00 PM. LCHD/CHC is proposing to change the Saturday facility hours so the building closes at 4:00 PM rather than 5:00 PM. Current and proposed hours are detailed below.

As required by Health Resources and Services Administration (HRSA) guidelines, changes to health center hours must be approved by the Council. If approved, this change will be in effect as of July 13, 2019.
The LCHD/CHC Communications team will inform current patients and the wider community of this change.
